I am a Greek translator and I have been living in Catalonia, Spain, since 2011. I am a keen traveller and I have always been interested in learning about every country I visited, its political and cultural context, its customs, its people. Through my travels and my living abroad, I have realised that not all the information reaches us through the mass media, that is why I decided to participate in the Global Voices project as a translator. In this way, I hope I can help more people have access to information from around the world, as every little thing that happens in any part of the world, affects us all, directly or not.
